  • Wait times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Your patience and understanding are appreciated during busy periods.

2. Order Modifications

  • Changes to orders are only possible if requested promptly after placing the order. Once the preparation begins, modifications may not be accommodated.

  • Please contact us immediately if you wish to request changes, and we will do our best to assist.

3. Payment

  • All online orders must be prepaid using the payment methods available on our website (e.g., major credit/debit cards or digital wallets).

  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations are allowed only if preparation has not started. Refunds for eligible cancellations may take 5–7 business days to process.

  • Refunds for quality or service-related issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Mad Chad's Pizza.

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery: While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Mad Chad's Pizza is not liable for such delays.

  • Pickup: Pickup orders must be collected within 30 minutes of the specified time. Orders left uncollected may not be refunded or remade.

6. Product Availability

  • Menu items are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable replacement or refund.

7. Quality Assurance

  • We take pride in delivering high-quality food. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the matter to the best of our ability.
